President Buhari has appointed today Thursday 25 June, a serving Director in the Federal Ministry of Mine and steel development Ahmed Idris, the Accountant General of the Federation (AGF).
His appointment was announced by Head of Civil Service of the Federation Danladi Kafisi,through a statement he released by his Director of Communications Haruna Imrana on Thursday in Abuja.
Idris was Born Nov 25 1960 and hails from Kano.
“President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Alhaji Ahmed Idris as the Accountant General of the Federation.“The appointment takes immediate effect from 25th of June 2015, The statement read.
