Niger Declares State of Emergency in areas attacked by Boko Haram
Niger Government have declared state of Emergency in some part of the country affected by activities of Boko Haram,the Diffa region which borders Nigeria has come under attack in recent weeks,a female suicide bomber struck on Monday killing six and injuring several others .
Residents are fleeing the region out of fear of more violence and attack.
The Minister of Defence announce on radio the declaration of state of Emergency to empower the security agencies to carry out searches
The parliament of Niger voted unanimously to contribute 750 troop in fight against Boko Haram
