Two suspect has been arrested in Spain on Tuesday by the Guardia Civil in the Spanish enclave of Melilla on Morocco north coast while two were arrested near Barcelona and in Girona in a province near the north of Spain , CNN reports,according to the Interior Ministry one of the men edited and distribute ISIS video while the second is a lone wolf
The men use Facebook and other social media platforms to recruit follower from the US, Belgium and as far as Latin America,they translate ISIS material into Spanish targeting mostly women for recruitment
Apart from using the Internet, two among the arrested held discreet meetings in home.
