Fire Raze Down Uselu Market, Goods Worth Millions Destroyed

               


Uselu market in Benin Edo state has been consumed by fire,the fire which started about 8pm Monday Feb 9th, destroyed part of the Market.
Traders who had stores in the Market tried to salvage the remains but it was rather just too late.some trader alleged sabotage on the part of some people to punish a particular tribe with most stores in the market

Some trader said if not for the intervention of Edo state fire service, civil defence and some army close by, the whole market  would have been burnt .
The  council chairman console the trader and blamed the fire on person with the intention to sabotage reconstruction of the market. he promise to forward the matter before the Government.
