Elections Must Hold Come February 14th & 28th -Council of State
The National Council of state meeting held yesterday came to an end with the conclusion that the election should be held as earlier scheduled.members also agreed that there be could postponement of election in the troubled zone controlled by Boko haram.
The Governor of Imo state, Rochas okorocha told journalist after the meeting that INEC boss assured the council members that they are ready to conduct the Elections, he also added that security chiefs said they are prepared but they raise doubt about the area control by Insurgents.
All Former heads of states attended the meeting.The only except was Former President Obasanjo.
Also in attendance was the senate President David Mark, the speaker House of Representative Aminu Tambuwal.
The meeting which lasted 8 hours was presided over by President Jonathan, with several state governors ,National security Adviser Col Dasuki, The Attorney General of the Federation Adoke ,FCT Minister and the INEC chairman in attendance.
