Joseph Goebbel Estate Sue publisher for uses of dairies quote

The estate of Joseph Goebbel a propagada Minister under Adolf  Hitler Nazi regime is suing publisher Random House for quotes extracted from Goebbel dairies.

The estate wants the publisher to pay royalties of 1% of each publication retail price which was initially accepted by Random House,the Goebbel diaries are copyrighted until this end of this year.
But the publisher has refused to pay a dime to the Goebbel estate considering the Moral value, Joseph Goebbel been  a war criminal,part of the war machine that cost the death of 6 million Jews and about 20 million Russians and uncountable Europeans  between 1939 and 1945.

Cordula schlacht whose father was a Minister under Adolf Hitler owns the copyright to Goebbel diaries, his father Hjalmar Schlacht was tried and acquitted by the Nuremberg war crime Tribunal.
The biographer a  Professor of German history Peter longerich said important historic document should not be control by a private person
