It has been a rumour that both have been dating for a while,this was confirmed on Tuesday when Ciara stepped out publicly for a State dinner of the White house with Seattle quarter back Russell Wilson at the bookseller area.
Ciara and Russell gorgeously dressed, were special guest at the event to honour Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and his wife Akie Abe
