The Senate on Wednesday Rejected the motion to pay monthly allowance to unemployed youth in the country.The motion was moved by PhilipAduda (PDP FCT) but was greeted with a shout of NO,as he attempt to explain it.
An attempt also by the Minority leader Godswill Akpabio to second it was disrupted,the majority in the house worked against it,
