Protest In Chicago Over Video of White Cop Shooting a Black Teen 16 times

There was an outrage and protest in Chicago as a dash board camera video of a white Police officer was released on Tuesday showing him shooting a black teen,Laquan McDonalds, 16 times even as he lay helpless on the ground.

Van Dyke initially claimed that he felt threatened by the teenager,but the video showed he fired at point blank for 13 seconds and continuing firing as the teen lay motionless on the ground,he is now the first police officer in Chicago on duty to be charged with Murder.
