Kim put mother and manager Kris Jenner top of the list, saying she was thankful to have 'the love of the greatest mom in the world.
Rapper husband Kanye West, their two-year-old daughter North West and their future son also made the list, with pregnant Kim giving thanks for the blessings of 'a loving husband...a happy daughter' and 'a baby boy on the way.
