An evangelist has been arrested in Nassarawa state for allegedly raping a 13 years old girl in Mararabe, Karu local government area.
The state police Commissioner Mr Sani Mohammed told newsmen that the suspect was invited to stay with the victims family in Mararaba but turned around to betray the trust by having sex with the minor.

Mohammed said, “It is unfortunate that the Pastor took advantage of his closeness to a family among his congregation to rape their 13-year-old daughter.
The Commissioner said the suspect have confessed to the crime.but initially he saaid he was casting demon from her
