Danger! People Scooping Fuel from a Fallen Tanker on Lagos Ibadan Road

          

This is death not far away, people scooping fuel from road side on Lagos Ibadan expressway from a fallen Fuel Tanker.this is huge disaster awaiting if not dealt with... Is this caused by poverty  foolishness?
