Chad Republic has declared a state of emergency in the lake chad region due to recent constant raid by boko haram terrorist .the insurgent group has increased attack in remote villages and town around the lake Chad borders killing at least 3 people on Sunday and 3 Nigerian refugees in Northern Cameroon on Monday.
Chad Communication Minister Hassan Sylla Bakari said the order is with Immediate effect and will give authority new powers to search and monitor resident in the region.
Chad has not declared a state of emergency since 2000s when the country has challenges over rebellion in the eastern part of the Country.
