UK High Commissioner Presents Letter of Credence to Buhari at The Villa

                              

Paul Arkwright the new British High Commissioner to Nigeria was at the Villa yesterday to Present his letter of Credence to President Buhari.
He replaces Andrew Pocock who retired from the Diplomatic service
