Delta State Tribunal Throw Out Ogboru Petition Against Governor Okowa

                        

The Delta State Election Tribunal Sitting in  Asaba has thrown out the petition of Chief Great Ogboru the governorship candidate  of the Labour Party against Governor Okowa challenging his election.
The Court also fine Chief Ogboru the sum N50,000,to be paid to Dr Okowa.
