The Court of Appeal today dismissed the appeal of Senate President Saraki challenging the power of the Code of Conduct Tribunal to try him. Saraki was charge on 13 count of false asset declaration when he was a Governor of kwara State.
The three man panel judges ruled that his appeal lack merit.his Trial resumes 5th of November
