Elton John Buys £22m Ten Bedroom Mansion With 10 Bathrooms, 11 Car Garage

   Sir Elton John and David Furnish have reportedly snapped up this plush Beverly Hills mansion for just £22million after watching the price slowly drop from a staggering £41million. The ten bedroom property features ten bathrooms, outdoor pool and a grand staircase (pictured)

Singer Elton John pays £22m for a 10 bedroom mansion complete with 10 bathrooms and 11 car garage space in the US, the house was initially in the market for £41m .the singer and his husband David Furnish took it off the market as the price dropped sharply.
The Beverly Hill Mansion has three en-suite bedrooms for staff members,It also boasts a grand staircase,12 half-bathrooms, a large dining room and nine open fireplaces,also has a library, family room, cinema, wine cellar, gym and pool.see photos

                                The new sprawling property comes with seven main bedrooms, along with three en-suite staff bedrooms, 10 bathrooms – as well as 12 half bathrooms – nine fireplaces, and an 11-car subterranean garage. It also features several reception rooms and large, spacious living areasThe house was designed specifically for large-scale entertaining and has a double-height foyer, as well as expansive living and dining rooms.  Sir Elton will be adding  to his already impressive property portfolio, having reportedly bought another Beverly Hills home in 2012 for £4.7m
 The singer, who is worth £270million, also owns a property in Atlanta, a lavish villa  in Nice, an estate in Windsor and a London townhouse
Sir Elton and David Furnish may have snapped it off the market with an impressive deal, paying £19m less than the original asking price
