MTN Loses 5 million Subscribers In Nigeria

                               

Telecom giant MTN,Largest African Mobile Phone operator have reported a slow down in growth in Nigeria due to stiff competition and tougher regulation in Nigerian Market.
 Chief Executive Sifiso Dabengwa s said the company lost 5 million subscribers as they refuse to register their SIM card.
“Aggressive price competition, weakening macroeconomic conditions in most of our markets and unfavourable exchange rate movements continued to impact financial performance for the quarter,” Dabengwa said.
