Tribunal Upholds David Mark Election

                               

The legislative Election  Petition Tribunal sitting in Makurdi has upholds Senator David Mark election.David Mark Victory of the Benue South Senatorial District election was challenged by All Progressive Congress Candidate,Daniel Onjeh on the ground of irregularities.
 Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu delivering his two and half  hours  Judgement said the Petitioner failed to provide enough evidence to prove that the elections was marred with irregularities to meet with the provision of the Law
