Kate Hudson Reveals her Different Approach to Getting In shape

  'It's brain chemistry!' Kate Hudson revealed to Allure magazine that she works out for just 20 minutes a day, and doesn't follow a regular routine 
Kate Hudson Mother of two tells Allure Magazine her own way of getting in shape, she said she does 20 minutes of exercise daily  instead of 2 hours daily Slot at the gym as People ordinarily believe.

'If you work out 20 minutes a day in some way, you're going to see changes' she said
thinking that going to the gym two hours daily  before one get fit is bullshit to kate
