The National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Ilorin yesterday upheld the election of Dr Saraki,as senator representing Kwara Central senatorial district.
Alhaji Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq, the Peoples democratic Party's candidate filed a petition against senator Saraki of All Progressive Congress at the Tribunal claiming that he won the poll.
The Chairman of the Three man Tribunal Justice Josiah Majebi in his two hours ruling dismissed the petition for lack of merit ,competence and substance.
