The Court Martial on Thursday Pronounced a six Months jail Sentence on the General,if the sentence pronounced is confirmed by the Nigerian Army,Ransome Kuti will be dismissed from the Army.
However his Lawyer Femi Falana said in his Defence of the accused Said the Nigerian Army did not provide Necessary equipment needed by the General to Counter the insurgent
