A gunman today open fire at Umpqua Community College in Oregun killing at 10 People ,leaving at least 20 injured including a woman who was shot on the chest.the gunman is reportedly down but his condition remain unknown.
The Douglas, County Sheriff said officers responded to the Shooting at 10.40am local time at the Roseburg Campus,the College has 2,300 full-time students..the shooter is already in Police custody Douglass County Commissioner confirmed to CNN.
