Court frees Fani Kayode on Money laundering Charges

                      

Federal Court in Lagos has dismissed money Laundry Charges brought against Fani Kayode by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission.
Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia, the Trial Judge,in her Judgement on Wednesday 1st July freed Fani-Kayode after holding that “the prosecution case is feeble” and had failed to prove the allegations against the accused person beyond reasonable doubt
