New York Magazine Published the pictures of the 35 women that alleged they were raped by comedian Bill Cosby,though Cosby has admitted administering a Party drug Quaalude to some women in the past which does not render women unconscious, but not without effect,and in the past have settle out of court with a lady .the question is, why, did this women kept quiet? and for so long, in a country with strict laws to deal with a crime like Rape?
