Oil marketers call off Strike
The Federal government has reach an agreement with the Major oil Marketing association of Nigeria (MOMAN)today, and product lifting commences in 6 hours
The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Petroleum Resources Magnus Abe said the resolution was reached after a meeting of the Committee with MOMAN ,Ngozi Iweala Minister of Finance, Group Managing Director,Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation NNPC,Joseph Dawha and Major stake holders in the oil and gas sector.
The Nigeria union of petroleum and natural gas workers (NUPENG) and the petroleum and natural gas senior staff association (PENGASSAN) have also suspended their industrial actions.
