A Federal High Court in Lagos has issued an order Barring The Nigerian Police, State Security Service, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency,Nigerian Customs from arresting Senator-elect of Ogun East senatorial district Buruji Kashamu.
Justice Okon Abang while delivering his Judgement today said the NDLEA is not barred from investigating, arresting and extraditing Buruji Kashamu, but must be done within the law.
The same Court has order the NDLEA out of the property of Kashamu which they surrounded since May 23rd in other to arrest and extradit him.
