Michael Jackson Neverland Ranch up for sale for a whooping $100m

  Everlasting: There are still a few small signs that the property (pictured in 2001) was the Neverland Ranch, with its train and clock made from flowers that spells out 'Neverland' retained and restored

Late King of Pop Michael Jackson Neverland ranch has been put up for sale for a price of $100m for the first time  since the death of the pop star,the 2700 acres,the property has 22 structures and 12,000,square feet home with six bedrooms and staff quarters.
The name of the property has been changed to Sycomore  Valley Ranch,from Neverland Ranch,its Initial name before Jackson bought it.he bought the ranch for $19m in 1987 and moved out in 2005 after he was acquitted of child molestation.
Most of the telltale sign has been removed including the amusement park. More Pictures

Renovated: Listed by Sotheby's and Hilton & Hyland, most of the telltale signs if its former famous owner have been erased, turning the 2700-acre property from a fun park into a grand compound 

Long in the works: The Wall Street Journal reports the firm who bought the singer's debt and then restored the property have finally put the sprawling ranch located just outside of Santa Barbara, California, on the market

Strict: The agents have stressed that this is not fans' chance to see their idol's home as they will require 'extensive prequalification' of potential buyers as 'we're not going to be giving tours'

Grand living quarters: WSJ reports the home, which is located between the property's two lakes, is an impressive 12,000-square-feet, with six bedrooms and an attached staff quarters

Long gone: Realtor Suzanne Perkins said that the amusement park (pictured 2003) the late King Of Pop constructed and his beloved exotic animals have been removed

Mini town: While the amusement park has now been removed, there are still plenty of things to do with the property (file picture from 2012) featuring a swimming pool with a cabana, basketball court, tennis court and BBQ area
