The US War college, through its Public Affairs Officer,Carol Kerr, responded in an e-mail to a US based Nigerian Sunday Iwaliaye, confirming that General Buhari the APC Presidential Candidate attended the school and graduated in 1980 with a diploma, He was then a colonel in Nigerian Army.
