President Jonathan promised on Thursday in Taraba to build a presidential resort in Mambilla plateau to serve as a holiday resort for all African president if re elected
According to NAN Mambilla plateau is the highest Altitude making it the coolest position in the country
The president while addressing the gathering at the PDP rally in Jalingo also said that the FG has paid it's part ,the sum of $1 billion for the Mambilla Hydro electric power dam construction and also the contract to dredge River Benue, has been awarded.
He said the dam will generate 3050 mega watt of power and provide water for irrigation beside creating jobs, while the river Benue will open up commercial activities in the state
