Late Umaro Dikko pictured as a student at the barewa college in Zaria in the 50's, he later grew up to become  the Minister of Transport in President Shagari Administration,he was one of the most wanted fugitive that fled the Country during Buharu/ Idiagbon regime,an attempt to kidnap him from London was foiled at the airport,  last minutes before the aircraft he was inside could be cleared for take off.
