Senior Lord Resistance Army Commander Dominic Ongwen who surrender last week in Central Africa Republic (CAR) will be handed over to the ICC in The Hague for crime against Humanity, Army spokesperson of Ugandan said on Tuesday
The former Child soldier recruit who rose through the rank of LRA through his brutal massacre from the 1980's is now been held by the US military pending verification of his true identity.once it is verified, the Us Military will hand transfer him to the Hague where he has been wanted by the ICC
