President Jonathan yesterday 14 Jan Commissioned a cenotaph in Abuja cemetry in honor of fallen soldiers and military officers who were killed during the fight against insurgence in the North East from 2011 to 2014.
The cenotaph is an empty tomb in honor of those their bodies was not found, missing or somewhere else,it is built in Military cemetry in Abuja
