The Emir of Kano Muhammadu Sanusi denies planning to get married to a 17 years old daughter of Lamido of Adamawa,he told SaharaReporters that the story was untrue and baseless via a text message.
He added that he is against child marriage, that he won't get into marriage with an under age girl
However the Emir did not deny his intention to get another wife,he advise the public to wait to see the actual age of the girl.
