The All Progressive Congress (APC) Secretariat Abam-Abam Okrika has been shattered by a explosive suspected to be dynamite thrown in by unknown person.
The explosion took place early Sunday morning 3.14 am
The attack is been blamed on the members of PDP by the Local chapter of the APC ,the chairman of the Local Government chapter of APC said in a statement issued in Port Harcourt,that no death was recorded but his office was badly damaged and it is an attempt to drag APC into violent confrontation
"The All Progressives Congress in Okrika views this latest attack as a deliberate provocation by our opponents, the People’s Democratic Party to draw the APC into a battle that would destabilise our beloved local government area. This is unfortunate and the APC in Okrika would not allow Okrika to become a hotbed of crises as the PDP would wish,” he said.
