Court Orders Nnamdi Kanu Remanded To Prison Custody

                          

Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the remand of the Director of Radio Biafra Nnamdi Kanu to prison custody.
The Order was made by Justice JamesTsoho today as the accused was arraign with two other suspects Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi, on a treason charge,the Judge overruled the request of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr Mohammed Diri,to further remand the accused in the custody of the DSS.
Kanu has been in the custody of the DSS since October 14th when he was arrested in a hotel in Lagos on the allegation of plotting secession of biafra
