The Ex Director General of Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, Patrick Akpobolokemi and four others were granted bail of N20m each by Justice Raliat Adebiyi of Lagos High Court sitting in Igbosere in a N754,740,680 alleged fraud case.
The ex NIMASA Boss and 6 others employee of the Agency were charged to court by EFCC for allegedly stealing N754,740,680 belonging to NIMASA.
Akpobolokemi was arraigned alongside Captain Ezekiel Agaba, Ekene Nwakuche, Governor Amechee Juan, Vincent Udoye, Captain Adegboyega Sahib Olopoenia and a company, Gama Marine Nigeria Limited
