A Chief Magistrate Court in Wuse II Abuja led by Shuaibu Usman on Wednesday discharge and acquit the Director of Radio Biafra and the leader of Indigenious People of Biafra Mr Nnamdi Kanu of all counts of criminal conspiracy and ownership of an unlawful society brought against him by the federal government.
The Department of State Security withdraw the case from the court so that the Federal High Court with the right jurisdiction to handle the Charges of terrorism can take over the Case.
