Tension As Militant Regroup Ahead of Bayelsa Supplementary Election

                         
Militants from Delta and Rivers  are regrouping ahead of January 9, Bayelsa  Supplementary elections to disrupt the process.
It was learnt that an ex war lord from the state is determined to stop any other political party from winning and taking over the state beside the Peoples Democratic Party.
Sunday Punch gather that he vowed not to permit the opposition from taking over the state of ex President Goodluck Jonathan.he is said to be putting together deadly militants from both states to launch attack on the day of the elections, January 9th.


The Ex War lord was said to be the person that organised the widespread violence that spread across the state during the December 5/6 election in Bayelsa inconclusive elections which was characterized with sporadic shooting and election irregularities.

The ex Militant was said to be responsible for the thug and militants that attacked the Minister of Agriculture and rural development resident Senator Heineken Lokpobiri in Ekeremor.
 The Independent National Electoral Commission fixed January 9, 2016 to conduct fresh poll in Southern Ijaw and 112 other units in other local government areas across the state.
