President Buhari presents the 2016 budget to a Joint session of the National Assembly today,he became the first ever Nigeria President to carry out this task himself which was acknowledged by Senate President,Dr Bukola Saraki who promised to quickly pass the budget.
The N6.7 trillion Naira Budget was based on $38 oil benchmark and N197 exchang rate.
