South Africa King To Go To Prison Today

The South African Government expects  King Buyelekhaya Dalindyebo  of Thembu Ethnic group to report to jail to commence his 12 years sentence.
He was sentenced  for kidnap, arson and assault.he is the king of Nelson Mandela ethnic group.his lawyer has petition the ministry of justice for a re-trial but he is expected to report before the end of the day in prison as the petition is being consider.
"His [the monarch's] behaviour was all the more deplorable because the victims of his reign of terror were the vulnerable rural poor, who were dependent upon him. Our constitution does not countenance such behaviour," the Supreme Court of Appeal said in a judgement in October
 "We are a constitutional democracy in which everyone is accountable and where the most vulnerable are entitled to protection.
