Jonathan's Government Provoked Soldiers Into Mutiny

President Buhari has accused the past government of Jonathan for deliberately provoking Nigerian soldiers into mutiny by their action and later arresting and prosecuting them.he said the immediate past administration sent soldiers to the war front without ammunition,he reveal this while speaking to BBC Hausa service.
He said his administration investigation into the immediate past government reveals that instead of Buying arms for the Military,the money was shared by Government officials.

  He said, “We investigated and discovered how funds that were pencilled down for arms procurement were diverted and shared by government officials who served the last administration.

In the Course of the interview he also admitted that the deadline of December given to crush boko haram cannot be completely achieved by this month end but a significant progress where the insurgent cannot takeover territories and communities has been reached.

“If people are going to be fair to us, they themselves know that the Army is winning the war. You can no longer find any huge number of Boko Haram members in Adamawa and Yobe; only may be, in about three local governments of Borno in the area around our borders with Chad Republic. They are no longer in position to threaten the country, so we have won,” he added.

He added that those that stole the arms money will be prosecuted,properties confiscated and jailed with the evidence of document his administration have now to be presented to the court..
