Former NSA Col Sambo Dasuki was said to have met his bail condition and released from Kuje Prison yesterday and was rearrest immediately by men of the State Security Service or DSS according to Daily Trust.
Dasuki is Standing trial in three different court in Abuja for Money laundering offences running into billions of Naira,He was taken to court by the anti-graft agency, the EFCC, but he was granted bail last week along with former Sokoto State governor, Attahiru Bafarawa and his son, Sagir, as well as a former NNPC top official, Aminu Baba Kusa.
Ahmed Raji (SAN) Dasuki's confirmed his re-arrest to Daily Trust last night.which was corroborated by Fani Kayode tweet.
Dasuki met his bail conditions and was released from prison today.
Against court orders he was immediately re-arrested and detained by DSS.
