Comedian and actor Bill Cosby was on Wednesday arraigned in court in Elkins Park Pennsylvania on one charge of Aggravated indecent assault.the charge is considered a second degree felony and carries a maximum of 5-10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
He was accompanied by his lawyer Monque Pressley, bail was set at $1m andhe was expected to post a 10% of that amount before he can be set free.The 78 years old actor's wife Camille Cosby did not accompany him to Court.
