Gen Danjuma declares he won't canvass support for President Jonathan

                  

Gen TY Danjuma  former Minister of Defence and Chief of Army Staff who held a very brief meeting with President Jonathan on Wednesday,told the Media when asked if he will drum support for  President Jonathan re-election, the Retired Lt Gen replied he does't belong to any political Party so he won't drum support  for anybody.he added the President is Nigeria President.“I don’t canvass. I am not in any of the political parties. The president is the president of the country.”

He claim he paid the President a visit to know how things are going. it is widely rumoured that he is supporting Gen Buhari the Opposition candidate.

Danjuma is one of the Beneficiary of Abacha Oil mining licences, OML bonanza,his company South Atlantic Petroleum operate a very lucrative oil block.
