Marvin Gaye family already fighting over $7.4 million awarded by court

The Gaye family is already in a better fight over the payout from the law suit on Marvin Gaye copyright infringement,the two sisters of Marvin Gaye,Zeola and Jeane Gaye, complained that they are not allowed to perform his songs,despite Zeola singing the first line of the controversial song that brought the $7.4 million court verdict to be paid by Pharrel William and Robin Thicke.


Marvin Gaye left no will so his entire estate goes to his children,royalties from Gaye's song catalog are collected by his offspring ,Marvin III 49,Nona 40,and Frankie 39, controlled by Jan, Marvin Gaye's second wife,while Gaye's two sister say they live in poverty, despite all the support they gave Marvin during his life time
Jan Gaye 55, who was married to Marvin  Gaye for 11 years responded to both sister, that they are picking on their brothers bone, an reminded them how they accused her of infidelity with Rick James and Teddy Pendergrass.
