This is mental effect of war on children who know nothing about why there is violence,a  chilling picture of a Syrian child who raise up his hand in surrender and lips closed to a photographer who wanted to take him photo thinking it is a gun as war tradition demand

The four years old Boy identified asAdi Hudea lives in Atmen refugee Camp in Syrian border with Turkey with his  traumatized mother and three siblings after his  died in 2012 Hama massacre,The picture was taken by a Turkish  Photo Journalist Osman Sagirli.
