The judgement delivered was on a suit filed by Mr Femi Gbajabiamela, a member of APC and House of Representative, challenging the legality of President Jonathan's deployment of troops for the election.
He named President Jonathan ,Chief of Army Staff,Chief of Defence Staff, Chief of Naval Staff, Chief of Air Staff, and the Attorney General of the Federation and Justice Minster as defendants.
