Uwazuruike Rename MASSOB,As Biafra Independent Movement

                             

Just a few days after the founder of MASSOB Chief Uwaruzuike was sacked and replaced  by the organization, Chief Uwazuruike said yesterday that the group MASSOB has now transformed to BIM, Biafra Independent Movement with MASSOB as the youth wing during his address at Ojukwu memorial Central Owerri yesterday.
He said the change was as a result of envisage referendum,which the movement is seeking once that is achieved the BIM will be changed to Biafra Independent Party.BIP.
He used the occasion to apologize to the people of South East, South South and the Northerners over the killing last week from the lawless demonstration by The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.he urge the group to take their protest to Abuja and Lagos where their voice can be heard

“The BIM is now the new name of the mainstream pro- Biafra group which has been at the forefront for agitation of the independent state of Biafra since 1999. The name change was the resolution of the people. The former MASSOB will be reformed as the youth arm of the BIM. The change in name has nothing to do with the alleged factions in the movement because there are no factions in the movement.”
