Raymond Dokpesi left Kuje Prisons today after meeting the bail conditions,he was granted bail to the sum of N200m with 2 sureties, one must be a civil servant of the status of a serving or retired director.
He is standing trial on six count charge of Fraud and violation of public procurement act.
